Showcase Homes of Florida was founded in 1987 and over the last twenty years has helped nearly 1000 homeowners and realtors with the staging, marketing, and sales of their properties.

The Showcase "Home Manager" concept was developed by Dennis Rust, the founder and President of Showcase Homes of Florida. This unique concept provides homeowners, realtors and home managers a win-win proposition that not only adds value and marketability to properties but provides a great opportunity for the select individuals that qualify as home managers.

Operating solely in Northeastern Florida, Showcase specializes in working with upscale properties located in and around Jacksonville including Amelia Island, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Vilano Beach and St. Augustine.

Showcase has worked with dozens of Real Estate firms including: Watson, Prudential, Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Stockton and Ponte Vedra Club just to name a few.

In 1998 Mr. Rust incorporated Showcase Movers to provide additional service and benefits to both homeowners and home managers.   As a sister company to Showcase Homes, Showcase Movers has proven to be an invaluable asset to the program.
