CORPORATE HOUSING

Several Jacksonville companies have elected to keep one or two Showcase properties available at all times for traveling executives and temporary personnel. Many of our larger homes in gated communities have pools and/or a spa. Our beach condos typically have unbelievable views as well as a workout facility and easy beach access. 

Thru Showcase, furniture can be purchased, leased or rented at excellent prices. If and when your corporate home sells, Showcase will move everything to your company’s next gorgeous property at no charge. Executives can feel pampered without guilt since it actually saves on hotel costs. For temporary (3-6 mo) assignments it can save the company thousands of dollars and employees love it! 

Showcase can arrange for all necessary monthly service (pool, lawn, etc), however, it is the company’s responsibility to pay the bills. Need a limo? Maid service? Want to play golf at the world renown TPC Sawgrass? Showcase can arrange it. Sorry, we don’t offer room service, but with a stocked refrigerator and 2,500 – 10,000 sq feet who needs it?
