Showcase Homes of Florida, offers you the opportunity to live in a beautiful home or condo for a small fraction of what the mortgage payment would be. We have luxury executive homes in all areas ranging from $400,000 to over $2,000,000 in value.
If you have nice furniture and will keep the home clean you may qualify to become a Home Manager in our unique membership organization. Live in luxury and SAVE MONEY!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The homes in our program change frequently..
We must see photos of your furniture to try and match you with our current inventory of homes.
Your furniture MUST BE conducive to the style and architecture of the home that we can place you in.

WHAT IS THE HOME MANAGER PROGRAM?

Showcase Homes works with homeowners and realtors to set up a model home atmosphere in vacant properties that are currently on the market for sale. Our members are mature, responsible, professional people who desire to live in upscale communities inexpensively. As a member you would occupy, furnish and decorate the property (Showcase will help accessorize). You would assume responsibility for the utilities, lawn, pool (if applicable), and other normal daily maintenance.

We DO NOT RENT houses!  Showcase Homes offers qualified individuals and couples the opportunity to live in a fabulous home or condo, for a nominal, monthly "membership fee". 
In return, they are able to live in beautiful homes for "much less" than current, market rental rates.

If and when the property is sold our managers are given priority status in the program and can move to another home, that they qualify for. Our sister company, Showcase Movers, will simply and professionally move the member to one of the other properties in our inventory at no charge. You may use this service as long as you wish. Some of our Home Managers have been in the program for several years.

By becoming a member you can save thousands of dollars per year in rent or mortgage payments while living in a luxury home. 

As a member you also qualify to purchase furniture at wholesale prices.
