As a realtor, you realize that homes show much better and sell faster when they are tastefully furnished and accessorized. When you present a vacant house, prospects often can't visualize furniture placement and don't view the space as a home.

Typically, offers on furnished homes come in much higher if for no other reason than the buyer does not assume the owner might be desperate to sell. Studies show that when a home is tastefully staged and kept in show-to-sell condition the selling price is 10% to 20% higher!

Caution – Normally we have many more requests from realtors and homeowners to put homes in the program than we have Home Managers to fill the homes. This is partly due to the success of the program and partly because we are very, very selective in choosing our Home Managers.
